Two Vancouver favorites. One unforgettable overnight experience. Space is limited to 24 guests. Program includes these timeframes:

We’ll kick things off Friday evening with brisket preparation, charcuterie, and optional beverage service before the briskets settle in for an overnight smoke. Demo-based instruction will show how to prep the brisket and we will then head outside to learn how to manage the burn on Smokin' Oaks mobile smoker! Follow the burn through our all-night livestream camera! Get a little rest... - Sep. 19th 8-10 AM
