Kid's 12+ will connect, have fun and participate in teams to develop basic sills related to measuring, safe food handling, kitchen safety, basic knife skills, and foundation baking / pastry techniques. They will have opportunities to collaborate and create fun dishes from scratch that will serve to inspire cooking at home!

- WEDNESDAY - Knife Skills & Heat Regulation: Apple Griddle Cakes & Homemade Syrup

- FRIDAY - Mousse: Dark Chocolate Mousse with Fresh Berries and Whipped Cream
